By accessing the website at Gift-Of-The-Rift, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright.

Usage of group resources.

1. Modification of any item is prohibited at all time. (Applying to the NPC bases) you cannot change the lines, edit nor do any small tweaks.

2. Usage of any of the free resources in any commercial form is prohibited such as selling adopts outside the group.

3. Commissioning designs with the use of the free bases is permitted. The profit from designing import sheets for someone cannot exceed 5$/500 points per import sheet. (This is to ensure none of our users will be milked with a high price for a design!)

4. Attempting to share or cheat the payment for "pay to use" files is prohibited. You are permitted to sell "leader adopts" as long as they follow the group rules. If you happen to buy an adopt that got rejected during applications, please ask for a refund if possible.

5. Any horse design [this does not include Leader horses], once submitted is group property, this status can only be changed when an Item (Shiny Bit) is used. The item gives you permission to use the design outside the group. Any attempts to use GotR NPC's outside the group is forbidden.

Service

1. ABSOLUTELY NOT REFUNDS. Anything purchased in GotR with DA points/USD will not be refunded.

2. Banned Users will not get any refund from any digital goods, all items will become void and useless.
